To choose the best size, measure the width and height of the inside of your nostril or compare them with the dimensions shown above.

If you are in doubt between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a more discreet fit or the larger size for maximum stability.

📏 The most frequently chosen size is M (Medium), which provides a comfortable fit for most users.

👩 For women, the most frequently chosen size is S (Small), while 👨 men most often choose size M (Medium) or L (Large). It is worth remembering, however, that the structure of the nose is individual, so this is not a rule and the best solution remains to compare the dimensions with the size chart.
